REINING LIBERTY RANCH

Reining Liberty Ranch is nestled on 11 acres just out side of Traverse City, Michigan. The farm offers a working equine boarding stable and indoor riding arena, an old farm house for gatherings, beautiful country gardens, and numerous outbuildings. It has become a place of community to many local veterans, their families and area volunteers.
VISION STATEMENT
Reining Liberty Ranch is a community based program that services Veterans, their families, and other disabled/at risk individuals within our community, by offering programs centered around the horse-human relationship, such as Natural Horsemanship, Therapeutic Riding, Hippotherapy, Equine Facilitated Learning and other agricultural activities. Through these activities, opportunity is provided for participants to connect with others facing similar challenges. The Ranch becomes the catalyst of healing through building relationships, mentorship opportunities, and reintegration and interaction within our community.
MISSION STATEMENT
Reining Liberty Ranch’s mission is to promote the physical, relational and emotional health of primarily Veterans and their families through the use of equine, agricultural, and educational services as well as community outreach efforts.
